Product Introduction
The digital bonding strength tester (model LB6-A) without oil cylinder design is a product developed by the company.
In the design of the main body, a non oil cylinder design scheme was adopted, abandoning the traditional design concept of containing oil cylinders. The overall structural design is simple, easy to maintain, and has high production efficiency.
The display and instrument body are designed as a whole, eliminating the need for long instrument transmission lines, reducing the failure rate of the instrument, and making it easy to carry.
The sensing method adopts S-type low-alloy steel sensor, without hydraulic cylinder design pressure sensing for mechanical wear, without linear compensation, and stable data acquisition.
Performance characteristics
The body adopts a non oil cylinder design scheme, with a simple structure, easy maintenance, cleanliness, and no oil cylinder maintenance.
The data collection adopts the S-shaped aluminum alloy sensor method, which has no hydraulic mechanical loss, stable data collection, high detection accuracy, and no linear compensation.

External infrared portable printer, capable of on-site data output and easy data processing.

According to the requirements of the "Inspection Standard for Bonding Strength of Decorative Bricks in Building Engineering" (JGJ/110-2008), the specifications of standard blocks are 95mm × 45mm and 40mm × 40mm, with a maximum tensile force design of 6KN, to detect the range and accuracy of bonding force. The design scheme adopts the direct measurement method of tension sensor.
